Who are they for?

Anyone who wants to get stronger, improve their running, or build a balanced hybrid fitness base. The plans suit beginners through to intermediate athletes.

What does the layout look like?

A lot of training plans look fancy but are overloaded with useless pages that no one ends up reading

The layout is:

  • Clean
  • Straightforward
  • Easy to understand at a glance
  • Quick to follow in the gym or on a run

Do I need a gym?

A gym helps, but it’s not essential. You can complete all sessions with:

  • A pair of dumbbells
  • Somewhere safe to run

    Optional equipment like a barbell, rack, or treadmill can enhance your training but aren’t required.

Refunds?

All purchases are non-refundable, you acknowledge that you are committing to the full duration of your cost of service.

How long are the workouts?

Strength sessions are 40-60 minutes.

Runs vary from 20-90 minutes, depending on the week.
